A
family in Cincinnati was chosen to receive a new home through this
show. The family has 2 kids with SMA (similar to Chase, except they
have SMA, type II). We were contacted by Chase's aquatic therapist
saying that the family is getting a therapy pool, as well, and the
show wanted to air a small segment on aquatic therapy and show the
benefits it will bring the 2 kids with SMA... Chase and a few of his
friends were able to get into the water with Ed and Tye and a few
cameras. The show will be viewed on ABC in early October, 2008...
bringing lots of great exposure and awareness to SMA... we are hoping
to see a glimpse of Chase and his friends... even if only a few seconds!
